The Challenge:
Our client faced significant challenges in their hiring processes. Previously, they engaged with multiple agencies and hiring managers, each with different fee structures. This segregated approach led to inefficiencies, excessive time spent on candidate selection, and a lack of an organised recruitment strategy. The Solution

We assigned a dedicated account manager, Liz Morgan, who operated from their offices twice a week. Under this model, our client benefited from a fixed monthly fee, resulting in over 50% savings compared to their previous recruitment expenses.
Liz’s on-site presence enabled her to immerse herself in their company culture, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
Additionally, Attega took on the responsibility of conducting all first-stage interviews, relieving hiring managers of this time-consuming task and allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
The Results:
The implementation of Attega’s Retained Recruitment Model produced remarkable results for our client. Not only did we achieve over 50% savings in recruitment fees, but we also significantly reduced staff turnover by aligning candidate selections with their unique culture and requirements. Through our dedicated account management and streamlined processes, we successfully sourced 45 qualified candidates within an average hire time of two weeks!
By handling initial interviews and supporting HR in the onboarding process, we further saved time for their hiring managers, enabling them to allocate their resources more efficiently.

Future Enhancements
