fixed monthly fee for recruitment services, along with valuable insights into market trends, Attega’s
approach prioritised efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with their company culture.

The Outcome:

Since the inception of the partnership in July 2023, Attega has delivered exceptional results for our
client. With over 63 successful placements and a dropout rate of just 16%, Attega’s streamlined
approach has significantly reduced recruitment costs by 50%, resulting in savings exceeding £140k!
Moreover, Attega’s integration into their recruitment processes, including the operation of their
careers page and the implementation of user-friendly online application forms, has enhanced
efficiency and candidate experience.
