Start of Attega

Frustrated with hiring challenges, Mick & Luke Barnes launched Attega to build a partnership-led recruitment business. With 3 employees, we set out to redefine recruitment.

2021

Resilience & Growth

We overcame the challenges that Covid brought, emerging as a stronger, more adaptable, and client-focused team. With 183% growth in the first year, we proved that real partnerships and relationships drive success.

2022

Expanding Leadership & Expertise

Appointed a new Director, Benn, to strengthen the leadership team, and launched a commercial recruitment division. We expanded the team further and moved to a larger premises to support expansion.

2023

Strengthening Our Specialisms

Deepened our Engineering and Commercial understanding. Enhanced our Retained Recruitment model, encompassing 3 tailored packages to meet varied business needs.

2024

Our Impact

Secured major retained accounts, saving clients over £500,000 through smarter recruitment strategies.

2025

Investing in the Future

Launched a brand refresh, including artwork and a new website to reflect our growth and direction. We appointed an Operations Director, Abby, and grew our team even further, reflecting our successes of this year.
